“To build resiliency, you have to understand what’s going on around you so you can adapt.” Taking time to become aware of the situations you were in and absorbing the meaning and impact they may have on your life, allows you to become aware of yourself in troubling situations and gain understanding and strength from an experience rather than shutting down.

As a therapist, I offer a unique blend of therapeutic approaches that are anchored in Adlerian Therapy, Existential Therapy, and a holistic perspective, but utilize an eclectic approach, as well. Due to the belief that everyone is a product of their systems/environments, such as families or communities, my approach is rooted in understanding you within the context of your social environment, to explore the influence of early experiences and motivations on your current challenges. Existential Therapy states, “anxiety as a condition of living.” I like to challenge clients and explore the option that instead of eliminating the anxiety, you can begin working through it and viewing it as a sign of change or the next stage in life. I guide clients in exploring their own meaning and purpose, in spite of their conflicts and trials. Embracing a holistic approach, I consider the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, encouraging clients to achieve balance and well-being. Together, we work towards personal growth, self-awareness, and navigating life’s complexities with resilience and insight. We can find opportunities in our challenges.
