Have you found yourself struggling with controlling and regulating your anger at times?

Have you had anger outbursts that have resulted in personal, legal, or family problems in the past?  Have you been told by those in your personal circle or family that you should seek help regarding your anger?  Anger is a very natural emotion that will inevitably be experienced by all of us throughout our lifetimes.  Not only is anger natural and inescapable but it is part of the human experience and should be understood as such.  Learning to manage anger is a valuable skill that is often neglected until it is too late or has left a path of regrettable destruction.
